I have dedicated time to the ADL program, focusing on initiating change within the educational system. Once this change is enacted, how can I effectively assess its impact? This course has equipped me with the tools to do just that. I have developed an action research outline to evaluate the success of my innovation project and identify any necessary adjustments to enhance its effectiveness.

 

Through a comprehensive literature review, I explored the benefits of blended learning while also recognizing its inherent challenges. Notably, I found a lack of substantial information regarding blended learning in lower elementary education, underscoring the importance of conducting an action research study in this area.
